We have curated a schedule of events designed to help you recharge and celebrate in Des Moines. Meet peers at the traditional Pin Exchange, then head to our Friday at the Fair event for a taste of local culture. The weekend culminates in the Awards Celebration to honor your dedication. Please note that the Judges Reception and Hospitality Suites remain reserved for invited guests.

The Pin Exchange is a beloved NHSMTC tradition and the ultimate icebreaker for the competition. This high-energy event allows you to meet fellow advocates from every corner of the country as you trade unique pins representing your home state or territory. It is more than just a souvenir hunt; it is your chance to build friendships and network with the people you will be facing across the aisle. Bring your collection and get ready to mingle.
